2017 February: Mingus and Bosley
Brothers Mingus (blue) and Bosley (blue-speckled) are Australian cattle dogs (a.k.a. blue heelers). At the time of the photo they were 10 weeks old. When my wife and I met Mingus and Bosley for the first time, they were happily playing and wrestling together and were the last two left in the litter. So how could we pick just one?! The brothers are in training for goose control at Empire Ranch Golf Club in Folsom, California. They are both very outgoing and love to socialize with our members and guests. If they are not with me when I’m on the course, the first thing I am asked is, “Where are the pups?” Mingus and Bosley are tireless, robust herders and determined when at work and play.
